SEVENFRIDAY in the House!
Sometimes a party just comes together out of nowhere. Nobody has planned anything but the stars align, and it’s pure hedonism all the way till brunch the next day (where the strong have a Bloody Mary and start again).
Sometimes a shindig is planned to the most minute detail, and the life is sucked right out of it, and what’s left is a swirling vortex of boredom and shit canapes. That’s what happens when the wrong people are in charge.
As ever, SEVENFRIDAY are the right people to have in charge of everything. In this case a banging house party in the storied Beverly Hills looking out over the vibrant sprawl of Los Angeles.
The party was a great melting pot of all the creatives and collaborators, friends and fans, influencers and innovators that make SEVENFRIDAY one of the most original lifestyle brands out there in the world today. And you know what makes them so original? it’s the genuinely holistic approach they take towards luxury. They focus on the life part of lifestyle as much as they do the style part. They revel in revelling, and they invite like minded lovers of luxury along for the ride. At Watch Anish we’re lucky enough to know a huge number of influential people across the world, and across the whole spectrum of human endeavour, but very seldom do we come across such fun-loving, bad-ass-party-throwing sons of b*tches as the folks at SEVENFRIDAY!
They know how to make people happy, and they know people are the most important part of anything worth doing.
We saw their newest pieces and discussed them with the people that made them happen, which is always a great privilege. We also got to see Tommyboy, of Rocketbyz fame that is partially responsible for the leather jackets that we’re rapidly selling out of on our boutique. Cruising the boulevards of LA in his custom JEEP is a pretty cool way to pass a summer afternoon.
We might even have some photos of some pretty cool things they’re releasing in the near future but we’ve been sworn to secrecy for the moment. We would share it with you but we’re afraid we wont get invited to the next SEVENFRIDAY house party if we do.
It was a fantastic event and another part of our vital education in what it is to live SEVENFRIDAY!
